John ensured his first few orders are executed nicely full of quality and guaranteed customer satisfaction. He kept good follow-up with his customers and asked them if any improvements are needed. With his professional conduct and good technical output he was able to establish his presence on this web forum. Soon John started devoting 1 or 2 hours daily at home building websites and selling them $25 a peace. Initially he sold 10-15 website per week just by creating web templates by using software tools, such as FrontPage, Html/css, adobe etc. With in no time John was able to create passive income of $1000.00 per month with 8-10 hours of investment. He still was doing his normal day job.

2) Sheri is a fulltime student and an active blogger. She loves to write on various subjects and has developed a knack for writing. She frequently visits on many internet forums and writes article for people requesting for content for their websites. She charges $10 for per 500 word articles. Her articles are good in quality and in blogger world are followed by number of internet fans. Since writing is her passion it takes her to pen down an article in just 5-10 minutes. Spending few hours per week helps her to earn $100-$1500 per month. Not bad for college girl to earn decent pocket money.

3) Mark works for local store in appliance division. His expertise is with fixing appliance. Recently on advice of his friend who works as independent handy man fixing plumbing and appliance started working part time in evening and on weekend taking few repair calls. On each appliance repair call he started making anything from $75 to $350. He earns supplement earning just by spending few hours on a weekly basis.

4)40 years old Ana makes her living as day care attended. She is kind hearted person and often will treat her friends at day care center with homemade goodies. Her collogues often will praise her cooking. Recently on advice of her day care manager she started doing catering service from home. In the beginning she got orders from her friends and close relatives. As the news of her good cooking spread she started getting orders on a regular basis for small and big parties.

The point I am trying to make here is that all of us have some talent and skills. We just need to analyze how best it fits to current demands. Just by exploring opportunities around us one may get options to earn supplement or passive earnings. In downturn economy secondary skills help people in managing their finances. This is also way to extend your skills or hobbies into a cash flow generating skill.
